一、签订三方协议
大学生离开学校，进入职场，首先要签订一个三方协定，进入公司以后，要与用工单位签订劳动合同，受到劳动法的保护，遇到问题，学会拿起法律武器，保护自己。
三方是指学校，企业，毕业生三方。三方协议是《全国普通高等学校毕业生就业协议书》的简称，它是明确三方在毕业生就业工作中的权利和义务的书面表现形式，能解决应届毕业生户籍、档案、保险、公积金等一系列相关问题。协议在毕业生到单位报到、用人单位正式接收后自行终止。
二、就业协议不能取代劳动合同
三方协议签订后不是完事大吉，还要与企业签订劳动合同。
劳动保障部门指出：就业协议和劳动合同是两个不同的概念，单位一旦和求职者确立了劳动关系，就应依法签订正式的劳动合同；应当订立劳动合同而未订立的，劳动者可以随时终止劳动关系。
