　　At the picture depicts, a father told his son that he should read deeply rather than merely pursue the quantity of reading materials. It reflects that people tendto browse and scan e-books without stopping to ponder even one question. The way we read is so superficial that it arouses great concern in modern life. To be a better reader, we had better do as follows. For one thing, take notes about crucial details as we used to do. Taking notes can avoid the phenomenon that the more we read online or on smart phones, the less we seemed to memorize. For another, classics deserve to be savored by the contemporary people. For example, some classical novels can be read free on Kindle, which makes them popular among youngsters again. Whats more, if we did not make summariesfromtime to time, nothing that we learntfrome-books would truly be ours. In conclusion, when we enjoy digital reading, we should consciously conducts deep reading. Try our best to keep those good habits which are acquired in the process of paper reading, such as intensive reading and deep thinking.

　　时光如箭，转眼间已在安东石油研究院工作近一个月，因此有必要做一小结。然而，与其说是工作，不如说是学习，与其说是小结，不如说是感悟。虽然，这不是我的第一份工作，但留给我的却是难忘的记忆和宝贵的财富。入职安东有些偶然，也有些戏剧性。说偶然是因为我在一个偶然的机会，碰到一个处于筹建过程中且急需用人的单位，经过竞争不算激烈的面试，两天之内就开始了正式的工作。为什么会录用我？行政助理的工作由心细的女同志去做不是更好吗？或许筹建过程中需要一位男同志来料理日杂事务而我就是面试中唯一的男性，或许筹建过程中有许多规章制度需要草拟而我正好是文科出身，甚至因为我中国政法大学的本科学历误导了领导……说戏剧性是因为我的母校是中国政法大学，而安东却是一个石化类企业，而母校的对面就是中国石油大学，以前，无论求学还是求职，都未曾想过此后的工作和石油沾边，而且以前学的都是法律的`条条框框，思维模式也是保“右”杜“左”的，而助理工作的方法与此恰好相反。但现在去想这些都不重要了，因为已经工作了一个月，重要的是在工作中做出了什么成绩，究竟为单位，为领导分了多少忧，解了多少愁，以及自己通过工作学到了什么？下面结合工作中的点点滴滴做具体小结。

　　首先，一下我对行政助理工作内容和方法的认识。截至目前，我工作的主要内容是围绕单位新办公室的装修和一些规章制度的草拟而展开的。办公室的装修，自有施工队的专业人员去做，经理布置给我的具体任务有丈量面积、草拟合同、接收集团总公司送来的电子办公用品和办公家具等，这些我都做了，自己也比较满意，因为这些事情比较简单、机械，任何会说普通话，识数的人都能做，我只是做得更细致，更专业一些而已。但在长达数十天的工作中，失误和遗憾更多。比如，新安装电话机号码和位置的搭配，网络线路的大致走向，装修和保洁质量的监督，移动硬盘的安全管理等等，其中有些是王经理三令五申过的，而有些则需要自己去思考，但这些工作都没有做好。现在回忆起来，当失误出现时，自己第一反应总是“这样的小问题，怎么没做好？下次一定不能再出现这样低级的失误了。”“这个问题领导并没有具体指示”，接着，便是在心里寻找失误的原因，要么，因为自己生活经验浅薄，要么因为担心多做多错，甚至，从自己的专业知识、性格特点上去找原因。然而，正是这样一种诚惶诚恐的心态和研究式的思维方式，最终，把简单的工作想得太复杂，做得很糟糕。现在想起来，其实一切很简单，自己的职务是助理，顾名思义，是领导的助手，领导安排的只是一件件或明确或模糊的事情，甚至是领导也没有想到的事情，自己所要做的只是务必用最快捷的办法达到最理想的效果，所要思考的只是最佳的工作方法问题，而不是担心自己做不好或者要承担责任而思前想后，甚至不敢去做。

　　其次，总结一下我对管理的认识。刚到单位，我觉得人数较少，多数是专业研发人员，而且大家都熟悉，因此，管理工作力度很小，甚至不存在管理工作，相应的综合管理部的职责只是为研发人员提供服务而已，正是出于这种错误认识，一段时间内，我对研发人员借用移动硬盘要登记，暂不发放新钥匙给研发人员，以及会议上一再强调的采购过程要洁身自好等不太理解。但后来研究室人员未经登记长时间使用移动硬盘造成我工作上的被动，以及他们经常对生活用品和一些琐碎事情提意见甚至抱怨等等证明了我当初的想法是错误而又幼稚的。说这些，并不是批评自己的同事，因为他们也是为了工作，况且要求每个人严于律己、宽于律人甚至大公无私是不现实的，出现问题的原因一方面是筹备阶段一切尚处于磨合期，另一方面是自己的工作没有做到做好。现在，我才深刻的认识到管理无处不在，管理不等于服务，管理的意义不仅体现在节约成本上，更重要的是通过整合资源，提高效率而产生效益。虽然自己是学文科的，但认识水平还停留在感性的文科阶段，也就是说只能和“文”打交道，而不能和“人”打交道。管理不仅是一种艺术，更是一种科学，是需要认真思考和深刻总结的。

　　7月11日，我正式走进了房地产策划有限公司，开始了自己人生中很重要的一份工作，心里很感激公司给我这个工作的机会，以前自己总认为我所做的对得起自己拿的这份工资就够了，因为公司不只是我一个人，虽然我也会努力的工作但是心里更多的是因为想得到领导的肯定。但是现在，公司教给我的是：我在公司所做的一切工作、所学的所有知识实际上是在为自己以后要走的路添砖加瓦，向周围的同事学习他们的长处，弥补自己的短处，三人行必有我师焉，择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之，能更加提高自己，从而让自己做的更好。

　　从七月份工作到现在，期间有过挫折有过烦恼，但是更多的是欢乐以及汲取知识后的满足感，虽然工作中还存在这样那样的`不足之处，但应该说这段时间付出了不少，也收获了很多，也逐渐感觉自己成长了、成熟了。我不敢说自己的工作已经做得很好，以后一个错误都不会有，但我认为：前面的路，不管是一马平川还是艰难险阻，只要顽强地走过去，就会获得宝贵的经验。

　　在这份工作里，很重要的是要做好跟同事之间的协调、沟通，特别是我们需要不时的去个个案场跟同事们协调工作，跟同事们之间的沟通以及相处的氛围就需要自己细心的去体会，要经常和案场的同事们做沟通，了解他们的想法，有问题及时向专职部门汇报，及时调整大家的心态，解决好问题，这样我们的案场才会和谐健康的发展下去，拥有最好的团队精神，成为房产界的一匹黑马。诚然在调整好案场人员心态的同事也要调整好自己的心态，凡事争取再耐心一点、再认真一点、再周到一点，满怀的热情投入到每天的工作当中。

　　这以后的时间里，我将严格要求自己，遇事多向前辈们请教，努力让自己成为一名合格的行政助理，为公司尽绵薄之力。

　　在公司这段时间加上与同事们一段时间的相处，意识到敬业程度是一个公司的员工很值得注重的问题，比如说，一个员工他敬业了，喜欢自己的工作了，就不会有绝对的上班时间自己应该做事，下班时间是自己的时间之分;不会有这件工作应该不应该自己做的疑问;对待工作对待客户就会有很大的态度上的不同，对工作对客户都会态度积极端正对待，敬业就会超越自我用标准化的服务满足客户，这样每次都比别人好一点点，从而做到争创同行业的领头团队。

　　团队，一个人不能完成大使命，而团队正是一个取长补短的最佳方式，一个优秀的团队可以让一个企业快速成长，虽然团队在成长的过程中会遇到很多问题，但是只要团队精神仍旧在这里，一切一切都会迎刃而解，只要团队互相配合工作，达到同行业领先指日可待。

　　以上是我这段时间所意识到的，也是我以后该学习应用的，作为瑞和的一名员工，我知道并且相信我们的公司我们的团队会越来越好，而这个念头也会督促我自己要做的更好。
