各位老师大家上午好，
非常高兴能有这个机会跟万宁的小学英语教师进行共同的学习和交流，经过一天的学习大家辛苦了，那么按照原计划呢，……。今天上午我将会把我自己从教12年来的一些教学经历、教学叙事等和老师们分享，我是这么一路走来的，我觉得自己还是一个在成长中的、需要更多磨练、需要更多学习的老师，希望今天的内容能和老师们一同共勉。
首先我会谈谈我自己的教学经历，然后我想在我们每一位老师的职业生涯中，您会有各种各样的经历，而这些经历大部分来自于我们的课堂，来自于每一堂课，所以接着我会从我的角度跟大家分享如何上好一堂课，那我的最后两点是我认为对一个小学教师的成长非常重要的另外两个因素，我会和大家交流一些看法。我从上培训机构里面的demo课到上一堂普通的课，到全国的赛课，我曾经多次的思考过到底怎样才算是一堂好的课，我们如何从上好一堂课迅速的成长起来。那么，给大家分享5条有关好课的标准：
一堂好课是有意义的课： 对学生来讲，初级的意义至少是学习到了东西， 再进一步来就是锻炼了能力， 近而发展到获得良好的，积极的情感体验， 产生进一步学习的强烈要求。在这个过程中他会越来越主动投入到学习中去， 有意义的课，也就是一堂扎实的课， 不是热闹的课。
有效率的课：从面上来说对全班多少学生有效率，对好学生，中等学生，困难学生的效率，是否相同； 效率的高低， 没有效率就不算是好课。有效率的课，也就是充实的课， 是有内容的课。
生成性的课：一节课不完全是预设的课， 而是在课程中有教师和学生的真实情感与智慧的交流。这个过程既有资源的生成， 又有过程状态的生成。这样的课可以成为丰实的课， 内容丰富， 多方活跃， 给人以启发。我们经常会听到老师们问how are you 学生回答 师问：are you happy No let’s play a game， 所有的问题与回答都是老师设计好的，作秀课。
常态下的课：课堂的价值在于通过师生碰撞，相互讨论，生成许多新的东西。这样的课称为平常的课，一堂实实在在的课， 不仅现在可以上， 什么时候都可以上。 要淡化公开课， 多上研讨课。 不管谁在听课。我们都要做到旁若无人， 心中只有学生。说得容易，做得难，需要非常多的积累。
有待完善的课： 一节课不可能十全十美， 它应该是真实的， 不加粉饰的， 值得反思的，注重重建的课。 只要是真实的，就是有缺憾的。
讲到这里请大家告诉我您的一堂课包含了哪些教学程序，我这里指的是新授课，：那么接下来 我会和大家一起走进课堂从开始的热身环节谈起，分享我的一些做法，或是我观察到的别人的好的方式。
热身 形式有
主要目的：我用了三个激活，激活学生已有的兴趣，调整学生情绪，引导学生集中注意力，并让学生将已有的兴趣英语化，将兴趣与英语学习融为一体。激活学生已有的知识与能力。我们的英语教学就是在学生已有的英语知识和能力之上进行的。这样就需要经常去激活学生已有的知识和能力，来讲授新的英语知识，培养新的英语能力。 激活课堂学习氛围，让学生在有利于英语教学的课堂氛围中学习英语。（请大家举例warmer）
导入呈现阶段：这是英语教学过程中的最重要的环节之一也就是一种示范，我个人认为也是给你这堂课加分的地方，因为前面的warmer 时间短，这里的导入呈现做得好，会让人有眼前一亮的感觉。在要求学生运用所学的新语言之前，呈现给学生新的语言材料，这些语言材料是指什么，是指要让学生学习掌握的词汇、目标语句、对话或短文，当然也不是说一次性全部塞给学生，我们要让学生获得第一次感知，使我们的孩子在学习的第一时间知道所学语言的音、义和形，由教师把新的语言知识和能力、新的语用功能、新的语义示范给学生，让学生认识了解；形式有…… 呈现方式：挂图或简笔画：不看课文而是看着挂图或教师的简笔画，直接感知教师的语言。注意语言尽可能原原本本地呈现课文，不走弯路；
细分开来这阶段包括导入、新知呈现、知识讲解三个部分。
教材呈现：直接打开教材，看课文内容，默读或听教师朗读课文；
录音呈现：听课文录音，可看或不看课文内容；听录音前要布置任务，而不是让学生们漫无目的的听。这些都是整体呈现的方式。
播放动画或录像呈现：让学生看动画片或录像，听课文录音，看课文文字。这就是视觉、听觉、图像、声音等调动多种感官参与的'学习活动，是最有效的呈现。这一阶段应该注意的问题：帮助学生从已有的知识过渡到新语言学习，引导学生进入学习状态； 导入过程为新知识的呈现搭桥、铺路、为新知学习和新技能训练做好心理和知识准备； 这个阶段应以激发兴趣为宗旨，时间不宜过长，形式不宜过于复杂；因课型的不同而不同，做到有序安排、形式活泼、手段灵活、方法多样；注重实效性。在呈现部分：因为是学生第一次接触课文的活动，要让学生感知将要学习的词汇、目标语句和语篇等教学内容； 目的是让学生对课文有整体的理解，主要是让学生知道今天要学习的语言知识是在什么语境下怎么用的；可以采用直观手段，如果有条件可以通过多媒体形式，让学生直接感知，建议老师们利用挂图或教材降低学生对课文的理解难度。
举例……。这些presentation都是让人眼前一亮的，让我们觉得这个idea真的非常的好，学生也能在最短的时间里面被吸引，自然而然的进入新课的学习。UN building
接下来我们看操练环节：这个环节在我们的小学英语课堂所占的比重是比较大的，（时间分配上preration3分钟presention5分钟，practice10—15分钟的时间）特别是在新授课，这部分起着非常关键的作用。我们要让孩子们更好的掌握所学知识，我们就要在这一环节尽可能的做到扎实有效。有这样一些方式…。句子的操练 词汇的操练
在是语言操练的最初级阶段，我们会选择模仿性操练，也叫机械性操练。在听音会意的基础上，学会语言材料的发音，并通过发音加深对语言材料的理解；这里我们要注意学生对单词、词组的发音及对语句的整体模仿；（chopsticks）（想进一切办法让孩子们多读）大小声 看口型 手指 卡片 个人读 开火车（检查每个孩子的发音是否准确）注意模仿质量，有些学生使劲的大声读，扯着嗓子喊，老师都听不清楚发音是否准确。我们要尽可能让学生在模仿时把所说的语句和图片所示的内容及其情境联系起来，体会单词与
句子所表达的内容。
伴随着学习能力的提高，进度的推进，我们进入是语言的第二层次的操练：替换性操练。目的：学生熟练掌握语言的外形结构，举一反三，熟练套用并掌握目标语句；（这里想提一下这个举一反三）这里要注意循序渐进、由浅入深。在初始阶段，句子应简短，容易上口，并随之加快速度，做到脱口而出。（I like football I like playing football I like playing football in the park）在此基础上，再要求学生利用所学过的知识，或自己身边物品或发生过的事情来替换（I like basketball）；这就是从学生的实际情况出发，关注他们能力的培养。（Chant song 互动）比如我们在听课时经常会听到有的老师利用两只老虎的曲子来配上我们学习的语言知识来唱歌do you like swimming do you like swimming yes I do yes I do do you like dancing No I don’t请老师来改 （reading singing）
操练的更高形式是拓展性的操练，这是学生从语言理解到熟练再到掌握的重要环节；这个环节不论是对老师还是对学生的要求都比较高，我们要精心设计。目的：通过反复强化训练，引导学生从对语言的机械认识转向理解识记，进而达到长时记忆；基本形式：教师利用身边的资源实物、卡片、图片等，为学生创设一定较为真实的情境，让学生运用新学句型进行交际，让所学的语言知识更具真实性、趣味性和实用性。在这个环节，请注意我们老师的示范、调控作用，
针对以上三种操练形式，给大家展示几个案例，show me your ear （一起做） I have a …me too （dress）请两名学员 Let’s chant （先让学员读）
1、 What’s this It’s a…（动物、食物、水果等等）
2、 图片how many apples do you want
3、they’re enough（新标准上面几乎没有write）
小结一下，在操练这个环节我们要尽可能少的机械性操练，尽可能多的语境化操练 ，针对真实目的的操练，针对真实困难的操练，要给学生真实语境中为了真实语用目的的练习。否则孩子们会觉得无趣，没有挑战性，特别是高年级的孩子们，他们逐渐对操练活动失去兴趣。
成果展示（拓展…）：形式有…目的：通过引导学生学会综合各知识点和各种语言材料，培养学生能就具体情境正确应用语言的交际能力。注意是用所学的知识和技能来完成一个任务，可以在小组或结对中完成。（攀登英语）看图讲解
录像 录音 注意及时的评价是否课堂上完成 小组评 全班评
小结：通过教师主导的总结或是教师引导学生的自我总结，对本节课的英语语言知识和能力进行归纳总结，既让学生会明确本节课的课后复习巩固目标和重点，又帮助学生形成明确的语言意识，强化学生对多学知识的记忆。比如我们会把这堂课小组评价的结果小结一下，（得分）回顾本课所学等等，（有的老师时间把握不好的 会狠狠的利用这个环节）
最后是布置作业：是课堂教学的有效延伸，要考虑内容、形式，还要具有：层次性、巩固性、拓展性、发展性，不要成为学生的一种负担。我认为我们布置的作业，我们要能检查、能监督、学生能完成，否则就是无效的作业。讲解…

我不知道在坐的有没有教研组长，我觉得科组组织的教研活动是锻炼老师的一块阵地，（提问：我想请问在座的老师近3年来你离开学校参加培训的次数，除了这一次以外，有两次的举手，出省参加培训的老师）对于一线教师来讲，能够走出来参加培训、学习的机会是非常少的，但是如果我们的教研组长能组织好校内的校本培训，那将对老师的成长起到非常大的作用。每个学期我都会组织一些科组活动，比如……。

I like a song of him , it's name is CRIES IN A DISTANCE , the song tells us ,nothing is sad if we belive the hope . He has many difficulty , but his song says , cries in a distance , can't stop the tremble , I'm just waiting my turn , hiding will never , save me forever , the guns gonne get me for sure . Dear god I pray why won't you be my friend , come to me and take my hand ,like mama would say everything will be ok.
Now he is not rather a shy singer and performer , the lyrical songs make him mature ,and now he is a man or not a boy .

Thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold night.Today my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.With so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.
Life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example, I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choice,days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted.
I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover, I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospect,the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.
