四级考试于19日上午9时开考，这个泄密帖是19日凌晨2时发的。
在考前7小时，四级考试的作文题目赫然挂在国内一网站页面上。昨天下午，北京警方和武汉警方已对此事立案侦查，公安部也关注此事。
考前7小时网站泄露四级考题
按照规定，全国英语四级考试于6月19日上午9时开考。刚考完试，武汉某高校一名参加四级考试的学生就向武汉某媒体报料称，考前数小时，他曾在一叫“猫扑”的网站上看到一个英语求助帖：一网友出了一个英语作文题目，要大家帮忙写一下。后来，这名网友又补帖增加了作文题目的具体要求。没想到，这个题目竟然跟他拿到的四级试卷的作文题目一模一样！
接到读者报料的这名记者立即上网查询，果然在该网站看到了这两个帖子。昨天中午，记者向湖北教育部门求证，网页上公布的试题是否为全国英语四级考试题目。据湖北省考试院全国英语四、六级考试值班室工作人员杨华介绍，此试题与当日的英语试题一样。
该帖点击率超过万次
本报记者于昨天下午3时到猫扑网站()查询时，泄露考题的帖子已被删除。但此事在网站论坛已闹得沸沸扬扬。
一网友发帖：“今天早上7时30分左右，一个同学向我说他搞了好几份答案，他说是在网上一个论坛找的，让我也看看，我当时不相信有这一套，不出钱哪来的馅饼？可是一上考场，发现作文题一模一样……”
通过网友发帖的链接，记者终于找到了于6月19日凌晨2时4分19秒，发在猫扑大杂烩上的这个泄密帖。一网名为“zhuchizhuchi”的网友说：“作文题目：a brief introduction to tourist attract帮写一下，我知道就这么多！英语的高手门(们)啊！幸福就靠你了！”补充帖内容为：“要求：1、欢迎词；2、一天的旅程安排；3、找一个景点向旅游者介绍。”
北京物资学院一名参加四级考试的考生向记者证实，本次四级考试的.作文题目就是这个，连要求也一字不差。
截至本报记者找到该帖，该帖的点击率已经超过万次。
北京武汉两地警方立案侦查
就考题泄露事件，记者拨通了猫扑网站所留的广告联系电话。接电话的人称该号码为行政部，且目前公司没有任何工作人员在，他本人只是一名普通员工的朋友，而该员工现在不在公司。
此人还拒绝透露公司地址和其他部门的电话。之后，此电话再无人接听。
记者还从首先获悉此事的武汉媒体得知，由于联系不上地处北京的全国英语四、六级考试中心，该媒体向北京市公安局了解此事。昨天下午3时许，北京警方表示已经介入调查。晚些时候，本报通过知情人士获悉，北京市公安局和武汉市公安局已对此事立案侦查。北京市公安局已将此事向公安部做了详细汇报。

The relationship between a teacher and the student can be either good or bad, helpful or harmful. Either way, the relationship may affect the student for the rest of his life. A good teacher-student relationship will make learning enjoyable and efficient, and make the teacher's job worthwhile. In contrast, a bad relationship can discourage the students from learning, and make teaching an unpleasant task.
But how to build an ideal teacher-student relationship. First of all, the teacher and the student should respet each other, which is the precondiction about good relationship. Moreover the teacher's attitude plays an important role. If the teacher is too strict, it might frighten the student. On the other hand,if the teacher is too permissive, the student may become lazy. Besides,the teacher should give the student encouragement, as well as have patients and understanding. Finally, as for the student, he should be eager for knowledge and williing to work hard. If he learns from his teacher modestly, he will be able to profit fully from his teacher's teaching.
In conclusion, a good teacher-student relationship need common efforts from both the teacher and the student, and it can be mutually beneficial. The student gains knowledge enjoyably and the teacher gains satisfaction from his teaching job.
