I was also strict by his wonderful speech, which reminded me of my childhood. As a child, when I felt down, it seemed that the world was dark and empty. 一、想当一名好老师不容易
做一名老师容易，做一名好老师的确很难。教学工作复杂而又繁琐。首先，要管理好整个班集体，提高整体教学水平。然后，又要顾及班中的每一名学生，不能让一名学生落伍。这就要求教师不能只是为了完成教学任务，还要多关心、留意学生，经常与学生进行交流，给予学生帮助。做学生学习上的良师，生活中的益友。
二、自信很重要
尽管我在初中时，曾经在班里讲过初中语文一片阅读篇目，但是当时毕竟是作为学生讲课，这次使作为老师来实战，多少还是紧张。再次，初为人师，总是有些紧张。第一次讲课事，我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，面对那么多双眼睛时，我当时确实有点紧张了。我在讲台上，在几秒钟时间内，深呼吸了几下，同时在心中暗自对自己说；你能行！终须把情绪稳定下来，还好事前的充分准备和大学的学生干部经历在关键时刻发挥了作用，再加上同学们对着我微笑的鼓励，我所有的紧张都在这一瞬间消失了，透过那一双双澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎读到了那一颗颗纯净的心，顺利地完成了教学目标。
三、教学要讲究方法
学生接触新知识使需要时间和理解，因此，在教学过程中要讲究正确的方法。精讲多练是我采取的一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。在课堂上，我少讲精讲，让每位同学做好笔记，掌握知识重点难点，然后给予他们更多的时间练习加以巩固，课后留有适当不同层次的作业让不同层次的学生去练习，这样通过精讲，多练，让学生在听的过程中掌握知识，在练的过程中巩固知识。同时，我又让每位同学准备一个错题本，在我每次评讲习题的过程中，把他们易错的习题和知识点重点记在错题本上，以便于平时有重点地去记忆和理解。事实证明，这一方法切实可行，也行之有效。
四、听课对新教师至关重要
听课是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的`优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。这次实习中，我听了五节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。
